George L. Benitez

"Pappy"

He will be sorely missed by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a widower to Mari Cruz Benitez, loving Father survived by his children Georgia (Mont) Kinder, George (Delilah) Benitez, Naomi (Orlando) Claudio, Michelle Guerra, Felix Benitez, Margarita Martinez, Georgette Hallakbali, and Natalie Thornwall. Cherished Grandfather to 34 living preceded in death by 3, and Great Grandfather to 22 living preceded in death by 1. Beloved Brother to Carmen (Hector) Cintron, Joe (Nancy) Sanchez, Jose (Monica) Lozano, Pino Lozano, Martha Beauchamp, and Maria Beauchamp. Preceded in death by his mother Natividad Martinez, father Roberto Benitez, brothers Hector Ferrer, Rocky Ferrer, Felix Sanchez, Pablo Lozano and sister Luzaida Sanchez.

He was a Gunsmith and was known for his humor and sarcasm. He had a special way to make everyone laugh, and to not take life so serious all the time. This was always his advice to his children, and grandchildren. He had an affection for music, comedy, and getting under people's skin from time to time (sarcastic humor).

We will miss you the rest of our days, but we are comforted with knowing you will rejoin with your loved ones while you await our arrival. May God Bless You Always. Love your Family.
