Fred E Gonzales

Fred E Gonzales beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away the morning of September 19, 2017 at home. He was born October 20, 1949 in Salt Lake City to Daniel and Thelma (Bradley) Gonzales. He married the love of his life Kathryn on May 28, 1978. They were sealed in the LDS temple on June 27, 1981. He was a retired machinist who enjoyed collecting antiques. He loved spending time and traveling with his family and grandchildren. Fred was known for his ability to fix anything, always being there for his family, and his unbelievable patience. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Jolinda Law. He is survived in death by his wife, five children; Terry (Cathy), Mary, Kenny, Chain (Kristy), and Samuel (Kierstin), seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and brothers Ted and Steve. Viewing to be held at Cobble Creek 2nd Ward Chapel - 8150 S Grizzly Way, W. Jordan- on Wednesday September 27th from 6-8 pm. Funeral held at Ward Chapel on Thursday September 28th at 11 am with viewing beforehand at 10 am. Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens- 1950 E Dimple Dell Road, Sandy Utah following the ceremony. Arrangements are in care of Aspen Funeral Home. aspenfh.com
