Frances Ann Livingston

January 21, 1942 — April 15, 2021

Frances Ann Livingston

Frances Ann Livingston, age 79, returned to her loving Heavenly Father on April 15, 2021. She was the youngest of three daughters born to Frank and Miriam Russell.

Frances attended BYU, where she met the love of her life, Ray O. Livingston. They were married in the Manti Temple in 1962 and enjoyed 53 years of marriage.

She was employed at Jordan River Temple for many years. She loved spending time in the temple and was a selfless individual. Our mother was a true example of Christ-like love. She loved her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and showed her family how we should live our lives to return to them someday.

Frances served in many callings within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, including the Relief Society President, Stake Relief Society Presidency, Primary President and others. She loved her callings, the people she served, and those she served with. She was always serving others and helping those in need. There was always a lasagna or chicken soup in the kitchen waiting to be delivered.

John Deere Tractors, old cars, Idaho, cows, the color blue, and BYU-these are the things she loved. But what Frances loved most was her family. She would say it was her greatest accomplishment. She was a wonderful mother to four children and a loving grandmother to her 12 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren. She was always down on the floor playing with the little ones and cherished each moment.

Frances is survived by children, Bonnie (Quinn) Carter, Debbie (Matt) Bringhurst, and Clif (Monica) Livingston. Preceded in death by her parents and sisters, husband Ray O. Livingston, son Weston R. Livingston, grandsons Dakota Livingston and Jayden Livingston.
