Flora Luella Labrum Lawson

Flora Luella Labrum Lawson — Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Friend was reunited with her eternal companion and soulmate, Larry Eugene Lawson, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Flora was born on October 25, 1939, to Dallas Labrum and Alta Florine (Labrum) Carpenter.

Flora was a devoted member of the LDS faith and served as Relief Society President for several years. Flora loved spending time with her friends and family. She was a talented storyteller and found joy in sharing poetry, funny songs and stories. She was a great listener and advisor who inspired many to be unapologetically authentic.

She was a loving mother to five children: Michael “Mitch" Larry (deceased), Rhonda (Paul) Kelley, Chris (deceased) Mike Kalipetsis, Troy (Sheri) Lawson, and Jan (Chris) Davidson; a warm, lighthearted grandmother to eleven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Flora is survived by her sister, Jan (Dave) Lehmann; and was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Val, Iris, Nedra, Chell, ArLee and Joy.

A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Goff Mortuary with a luncheon to follow at Winchester Estates Clubhouse located at 6403 South 710 West, Murray, Utah 84123.

There will be no graveside services.
