Challenges are what makes life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. Our hearts are broken for the loss of our brother, Felix Ibarra.
Felix loved being outdoors. He loved fishing and camping. He enjoyed nothing more than sitting on the banks of Rex Reservoir fishing for Rainbow trout. He was a champion pool player. He was a rabid San Diego Charger fan. He loved all sports, he would spend his weekends cheering on his favorite teams.
Felix had an associate degree in computer programming, and he loved fixing computers. He suffered from MS, which was a contributing factor in his death. Though he was confined to a wheelchair, this did not slow him down. He was able to live an independent lifestyle up to his death.
Felix was a loving father to his beautiful daughter, Kendra Ibarra, also brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his daughter, four brothers, four sisters, and numerous others of the Ibarra clan. He now joins his mother Ernestine, father Juan, brother Larry, sisters Wanda and Ernie. The remaining family and friends will miss you and love you forever.
