Fauntella Marie Gollaher Ogle was born November 6th, 1940 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Fauntella Stephensen Gollaher and Monroe Lenard Gollaher; she was the sixth of seven children. Married and starting a family at a young age, the role of mother took priority over her schooling. However, after raising the majority of her children she returned to school, graduating with an Associates Degree in Finance. She and her children were extremely proud of this achievement. Even while raising her nine children, she managed to make contributions to church and community; ranging from Cub Scout Den Mother to Sunday School Teacher. In her later years, her priority was taking care of her mother, who lived a long full life of 102 years.
Fauntella was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Monroe, Jack, and Mike, and her sisters Doris and Pat. She is survived by her sister Julia Vance, her children Ronald Canfield, James Wolf (Denise), Wendy Riddle (Jim), Judie Hall, Donna Wilson (Edward), Kenneth Canfield, Gerald Canfield, David Ogle, and John Ogle (Polly), along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She would like to thank all who were there for her along life's great journey, with a special thanks to her cousin Eudene Anderson for her assistance in recent years. Of all of her cherished moments throughout life, her proudest role was that of Mother. In her own words: "To my children: I loved you well -- You brought me joy."
