Estella Delores Gutierrez

Estella Delores Flores Gutierrez, "Foxy Gma," age 86, passed away at home on the morning of July 19, 2018, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born in Bingham, Utah on June 15, 1932 to Juan G. Flores and Ynesencia Maria Delgado Flores. Estella was a devout member of St. Therese Catholic Church. Prayers and love flowed freely and unconditionally from her. She led by example, serving the community while working with various organizations, sheltering, healing, feeding, and comforting those in need. Her greatest pride and joy came from raising, supporting, and celebrating her large family. She also enjoyed bingo, bumming around visiting loved ones, dancing, singing, cooking, Broadway shows and a good rodeo.

Estella leaves behind her beloved husband, Ramon; children, Rita (Jimmy), Marie (Oscar), Mike (Georgia), Toni (Angel), Victor, Rebecca (Steven), Dellia, Bertha (Dan), Ernestine (Rigo); 40 grandchildren; 185 great-grandchildren; 97 great-great grandchildren; 11 brothers and sisters.

Estella was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Maria; brother, Jesus; children, Francisco, Stonewall, Fred, and Guadalupe.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Aspen Ridge Hospice for the tender care and comfort they provided Estella and her family in her final days.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 624 W. Lennox Street, Midvale, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Holy Rosary at 7:30 p.m.) on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah and 1 hour prior to the mass, at the church. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
