Elton Leroy Castleman

Elton Leroy Castleman, 71, passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2020 in Nephi, Utah. He was born on October 1, 1948 in Palestine, Texas to Ira and Virginia Castleman. Elton was a loving father, brother, son and friend to many. He was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and served in Vietnam. Elton loved his city and was devoted to his career on the Juab ambulance for 25 years. He is survived by his father, Ira Leroy Castleman; sister, Jeanette (John) Hammer; children, Aubrey (Colton) Swapp, Johnathan (Sierra) Castleman and many stepchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Castleman.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the Central Valley Medical Staff for taking care of our loved one in his time of need.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Anderson Funeral Home from 12:30 to 1:15. A graveside service will be held following the viewing at 1:30 at the Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi.
