Eldon Jay Hale was born November 11, 1944, and passed away June 29, 2015. Born to Charlotte Price and Eldon Hale in Salt Lake City. He married the love of his life, Carol Eileen Ortiz Hale, November 9, 1963.
He is survived by his wife, Carol, and three sons, Rodney Jay Hale (Kellie), Ricky Lee Hale, and Chad Jesse Hale (Shanda). He was blessed with 21 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren. His siblings are RaNae (Henry), Dennis (Betty), Ellen, Diane (Scott), Dan, and David (Emily). Preceded in death by his parents, his son Edward Thomas Hale, and stepfather Dan Zupan.
We wish to thank all the doctors and caregivers that took care of him. We greatly appreciate it.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 6th, 2015. Viewing will be held an hour prior to the services at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street. The burial will be held at West Jordan Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the GoFundMe in the name of Eldon Jay Hale Funeral Cost.
