Dona Vee Conover Garrett

Our beloved sister, wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on September 21 at the age of 83 in Provo, UT.

Dona was born on May 19, 1941 to Ernest and Ethel Conover. 

She was born and raised in Orem, UT. She attended Orem High school where she met her high school sweetheart Buddie Garrett. They were married in the Salt Lake City Temple on June 28, 1961.

She had 3 daughters, Becky, Lynnette, and Stacey, and was preceded in death by her infant son Baby Buddie of 15 days. She was also the honorary mother to her 3 nieces that she loved as her own. She has 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was a foster and daycare mom.

Dona is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held many callings including pianist that she loved, as the piano was one of her biggest passions. She is loved by many and will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held on Friday the 18th of October at the Orem City Cemetery (1520 N 800 E, Orem UT) at 1 pm., followed by a luncheon at the Sharon Park 2nd Ward building (225 E 200 N, Orem, UT).
