Dolores N. Lewis

On August 18th, 2022, our beloved Mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Dolores N. Lewis, 91, returned home to her heavenly father. Dolores was born on March 25, 1931, in Deadwood, South Dakota to William and Fern Neebling, who welcomed their new daughter into the world with open arms. Dolores was married for 67 years to Gene A Lewis (preceded in death) on November 28,1954 and later was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Together they raised 5 children who they considered gifts from God. Family meant the world to Dolores. She had an unwavering testimony of the gospel and Jesus was her constant companion and best friend. She never hesitated to talk about Jesus with those around her.

Preceded in death by parents, husband, a brother John (Donna) Neebling and a sister Joan (Dale) Astle.

Survived by her children, Benjamin (Lenny, deceased), Samuel (Annalee), Daniel (Angel), Nancy (deceased) and Stacy (Todd) Wade, her siblings, brother Jim (Beverly) Neebling, sister Naomi (Ronald) White, her grandchildren, Nathan, Samantha, Lexi, Mi-Cha, Kwan, Min-Ki and Nickolas, and dear friends Dolores considered like daughters, Paula Sarvello and Sharon King.

The family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors who helped care for Dolores.
