Dianne Marie Moore Lamb Miller
Dianne Marie Moore was born August 21, 1942 in Albany, CA to June Richey Moore (later Lamb) and Harold Nelson Moore. She passed away April 22, 2021 at the age of 78.
Dianne is remembered for her vivacious and effervescent personality, drawing in anyone who had the chance to talk with her. Her smile and laughter were radiant and contagious.
Dianne graduated from Herbert Hoover High School in San Diego June 1960 and briefly attended Mesa College studying ballet and French. She wanted to become a optometric technician, but was unable to fulfill that particular pursuit.
Dianne and Robert (Bob) Miller were married September 7, 1960 and sealed for time and all eternity in the Los Angeles Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Although Dianne was ill or injured for much of her life, she enjoyed reading, crochet, calligraphy, ballet, French, and collecting keepsake dolls.
Her final years were spent in assisted living at The Wentworth at Draper in Draper, Utah.
Special thanks to her nurse, Lisa Barr, her caregiver and dear friend for several years.
Dianne will be laid in her final resting place May 19, 2021 at the Greenwood Memorial Park, San Diego, CA near her husband Bob, mother June, step-father Maloy Lamb, grandmother Vera Georgia Haines, mother-in-law Ida Miller, and father-in-law Henry Miller Sr.
No funeral will be held, only a graveside service and dedication of the grave. Arrangements are being directed by Goff Mortuary.
Dianne is survived by son Kevin Derrick Miller, sister Lisa Arlene Lamb (Dial) Davidson, brother Randall Kim Lamb, along with 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Dianne is predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) Dudley Miller, daughter Kymberly Miller Call, mother June Richey Moore Lamb, and father Harold Nelson Moore.
The family requests flowers not to be sent, but instead to be given to a loved one in remembrance of Dianne.
