Diann Olsen

Diann Carroll Olsen passed away at home on November 22, 2020 at age 79.

Diann was born on May 2, 1941 in Salt Lake City to Clarence J. and Beth Thompson Carroll. She graduated from Bountiful High School and LDS Business College.

Diann worked several jobs and retired after 33 years working for US West. Even after she retired, she worked for several more years before finally calling it quits. She enjoyed sewing and other handiwork in her spare time before her eyesight and arthritis made it difficult. She was a good cook and regularly hosted family gatherings.

Diann married Ronald R. Olsen on November 9, 2000 in Salt Lake City. She then moved to West Jordan after living in the Bountiful area all her life to that point.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers' Stephen C. and Douglas T. Carroll.

She is survived by her husband Ron R. Olsen, step-son Evan Olsen and several step-grandchildren, sisters' Marsha C. Hatch and Linda Kay Carroll and sister-in-law Kay Carroll. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces and numerous cousins.

Due to Covid-19 there will be no viewing. Graveside services will be held on November 30, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Bountiful City Cemetery where all are invited. Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
