Derril Vernon Laub

Derril, 84, passed away on February 14, 2025 in Rocky Ridge, Utah. He was born on September 28, 1940 in Enterprise, Utah to Milton and Celestia Laub.

He was a cowboy, songwriter, poem writer, artist, excavator, trucker, pioneer, rancher, farmer, jack of all trades, man of all work, Bishop and great family counselor.

Survived by wives Deanna and Kay, all 22 children, 189 grandchildren, 136 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

Preceded in death by father Milton, mother Celestia, and siblings Fay, Merril, Norman, LaRee, Ruby, Steven and John, wife Linda, seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be February 21, 2025 at the Rocky Ridge, Utah Chapel at 11:30 am.
