Dennis Verl Webster, 80, passed away on November 25, 2014 in Payson, Utah. He was born on December 17, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Verl George and Vivian Nevada Andrus Webster.
He served in the United States Air Force. Dennis worked at Kennecott Copper to pay for his schooling. He graduated from the University of Utah as a Pharmacist and worked in the industry for 52 years, owning and managing several pharmacies throughout his career.
Denny will always be remembered for his love of animals and the farm life spent in Coalville, Utah. In 1983, Dennis married DeAna Mickelsen. Together for more than 30 years, Denny and DeAna loved serving together. They completed two missions for the LDS Church (SLC inner-city and Washington D.C. Temple) and spent years serving in the Jordan River Temple.
Survived by his children, Stacey (Kevin) Belcher and Tim (Laura) Webster; stepsons, Mark (Patty) Dixon, Steve (Lisa) Dixon, Brent (Kirsten) Dixon and Scott Dixon; 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Michael (Carol) Webster, Karen (George) Krebs, Brenda (Dell) Welch and Chris (Lynn) Farnsworth. Preceded in death by his parents and wife, DeAna.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the LDS Chapel on 420 E. Stokes Avenue (13540 South) in Draper, Utah. Viewings will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale, Utah and 1 hour prior to the services, at the church. Interment, Draper City Cemetery.
