Dennis Jay Burbank

A loving, adventurous man, a son, a brother and a father, went to be with our Heavenly Father on January 28, 2018. Born on May 23, 1947 to Annie Caroline Macklin and James Edwin (Ted) Burbank.

Survived by wife Bertha (Kitty), father Ted, sisters Carol Anne Bennett, Sherrie Lee Dickey, and brother Jim.

We will be honoring Dennis at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, with viewings Thursday, Feb. 1, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 2, from 10-10:45 a.m., with funeral starting at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at American Fork City Cemetery.
