Del Rae Isom Menlove, 79, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at her home on June 18, 2017.

Del Rae was born on December 28, 1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Del Roy and Elida Snow Isom, the second of six children. Del Rae graduated from East High School and the University of Utah. She married Marlo A. Menlove in the Salt Lake Temple on November 25, 1959. They are the parents of 6 daughters. They have 24 grandchildren and 5 ½ great grandchildren.

Del Rae loved the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and served the Lord faithfully. Throughout her life she seized every opportunity to magnify her callings and share the gospel. She served a mission alongside her husband in the Washington D.C. North Mission. Del Rae always taught the importance of having a testimony and she cherished the testimony she earned during her selfless service. Education was important to her and she encouraged and celebrate those accomplishments with her family. She will be remembered for her love and dedication to her family, integrity, resourcefulness, positive attitude, and her kind and compassionate heart.

Family was the focus of Del Rae's life. She is survived by her husband; daughters; Cynthia (Chris), Martha (Ivan), Julie (Mark), Sylvia (Brett) and Heather (Spencer); siblings: Rosemary, Laraine, Ken and Christine. She was preceded in death by her daughter Karen, her parents, and brother Bruce.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at the Union 5th Ward Chapel, 6770 S. 500 E., Midvale, Utah. A viewing will be held the evening before, June 22, 2017, at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State, Midvale from 6-8 p.m. and day of the services at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Burial at Elysian Gardens, 1075 E. College St., SLC will follow the service.
