Deidra Dee Aguilar

Deidra Dee Aguilar (nee Hunt), of Taylorsville, UT, passed away the morning of September 21, 2021, surrounded by her children. She was 69.

Deidra, a twin and the youngest of five, was born in Richmond, CA on September 25, 1951, to the late Robert Hunt and the late Frances Blethen. She attended Antioch High School in Antioch, CA, class of 1969.

Deidra married the late Benjamin Aguilar on September 27, 1975, and together they raised two children.

Deidra worked as an executive assistant for the same company for 25 years before retiring in March of 2021.

Deidra enjoyed painting, spending time with her family, and spoiling her cats. She is survived by her two children, Melissa Maroon (Ed her spouse) of Shamong, NJ and Tony Aguilar (Sara his spouse) of Taylorsville, UT, her eight grandchildren, Deserea, Kyle, Jonus, Taylor, Avery, Laney, Jackson, and Ronin as well as her beloved felines, Seven and Mini Me, and her four brothers, Glenn, Michael, Kris, and Don.

A celebration of life will be held on September 25, 2021, at her home for family and close friends.
