David Cecil Fuller, affectionately known as Augie, Daddio, Papa and Sweetheart passed away in the early hours of Thursday September 14th 2017. He was surrounded by his loving family. He attended Granite High School in Salt Lake City. He was a pitcher on their 1970 state championship team. He married his high school sweetheart, Corie. They had just celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on August 12. They have three children: Zach, Jarid and Jayme. David had a contagious chuckle, a killer sense of humor, a fierce love of family, a passion for fishing and the outdoors. He had a soft spot for fast cars, and loved racing his 1962 Chevy Nova. He is survived by the love of his life, Corie, sons, Zachary (Amy), Jarid (AnnMarie), and Daughter Jayme Maestas (Aaron). And eight adoring grandchildren: Kenyon, Aiden, Tanner, Race, MyAnna, Tripp, Jonathan and Everett. He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Fuller; mother Shirley Langston Fuller, Sister Debra Lynn Mori, and nephew Jeffery Jacobson. Graveside services will be held Wednesday September 20th at 11:00 AM at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Our family would like to offer our sincerest thanks to Scott Newton for his devotion, friendship, loving and compassionate care of our favorite person for the last two years. And we would also like to thank the team of AFI hospice and the staff at Sun Ridge Assisted Living and Memory care. Especially those who worked with Dave in the memory care unit.
