David Edgar Anderson

David Edgar Anderson, better known as Woolly to most, 78, passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He left us on September 10, 2024 in Nephi, Utah. David was born in Mount Pleasant, Utah July 3, 1946 to Edgar and Esther Anderson.

He was a loving, father, son, and grandfather. David leaves behind his children Cimberly and (Shaler) Jensen, Alan and (Teri) Edmunds, siblings Larry and (Connie) Anderson, Linda and (Phil) Mogel, and 5 grandchildren, and lots of adopted family members, long time girlfriend Tina Moore and her 3 children. Preceded in death by both parents, Edgar and Esther Anderson, daughter Teresa Edmund, ex-wife Sandy Anderson, one grandchild.

David was a lifetime resident of Ephraim, Utah. He graduated from Manti High School. He had a love for the outdoors. You could always find him tinkering out in his yard, and took pride in having a wonderful garden. He had a love for fishing. He was a jack of all trades. Loved working with his hands.

There will be a graveside service held Saturday, September 28, 2024 in Cemetery Park, 620 North Main in the Ephraim Cemetery at 11:00. There will be a luncheon right after at the Ephraim 3rd Ward, 400 East Center Street, Ephraim, Utah. Our family would like to express to the entire staff of Utah Valley Hospital and Central Valley Hospice for the care they have given to him and for making him comfortable at this tender time.
