Daniel B. Keife

Daniel B. Keife, of Huntington Beach, CA, passed away on May 10, 2021 after his final battle with lung cancer. Daniel was raised in Whittier, CA, born to parents Robert and Jamie Keife, and the second oldest of 5 children.

He was a devoted father, brother, grandfather and friend. Daniel served his country in the United States Army from 1968 - 1970, serving in Vietnam. After his service in the Army he worked in finance and accounting until completing his Masters inBusiness Administration from California Polytechnic Institute in 1986. He worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Cla-Val, before transitioning to retirement where he spent his time engaging with his local VA, enjoying meals with family and friends, and watching college football. He was an avid wearer of colorful converse, college sports and spoiling his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brad Keife in 2018. He leaves his son, Joshua Keife and wife Jennifer, and son, David Keife, three granddaughters, and four brothers Steve, Tony, Matt and John.

Memorial services will be postponed at this time and a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date in California. Flowers, cards, and memorial contributions are equally welcome.
