Craig Cole, of Midvale, Utah passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 28, 2022 at the age of 50. He was born on September 2, 1971 in Murray, Utah, to LeRoy and Karen Cole.

Craig graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1989. He worked at Mountain Dell golf course for 25 years. In the later years of his life, he was a groundskeeper for the Mountain America ExpoCenter. He was known by many for his strong work ethic and calm, quiet demeanor.

Craig prided himself on his two daughters, Sunny and Savanna. He would spend as much time as he could with them. He enjoyed the outdoors, Craig wrote about the animals he would see in the early morning hours at the Mt. Dell Golf Course. Spending as much time as he could at the lake and camping with his loved ones during the summer as well as water skiing, and riding his dirt bike. Craig would spend the cold winter months doing hobbies such as carving wood, skiing, puzzles, crosswords, watching television and spending quality time with his girls, such as renting movies with them, going to the capitol building and liberty park.

Craig is survived by his parents, LeRoy and Karen Cole of Midvale, Utah; daughters, Sunny Cole (Ryan Smith) of Vernal, Utah and Savanna Cole (Shawn Wilder) of Grand Junction, Colorado; brothers, Scott (Mylinda) Cole of Sandy, Utah and Russell (Shelly) Cole of Midvale, Utah; sister, Kristie (Tyler) Winegear of Sandy, Utah; and many nephews and nieces. Craig was preceded in death by his brother, Sheldon Cole.

Craig will be greatly missed. There was a small private celebration of life that was held for Craig on August 30, 2022 at the Goff Mortuary for close family and friends.
