Connie Johnson Goff passed away March 5th, 2023, after a long battle with dementia. Connie was born September 2nd, 1939, to Max T. Johnson and Myra Nielsen Johnson in Spanish Fork Utah. She attended cosmetology school at a young age and loved doing people's hair. She married Harold Scholes Goff October 2nd, 1969, in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they had 3 children, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and one more on the way. Connie loved serving in the church and held many callings in her life. She enjoyed attending girl's camp, serving in the primary, and especially serving in the girl's activity day program. She was the # 1 Jazz fan and would cheer like crazy when they won and cried when they lost. She was a great example of service to others. She loved supporting her grandchildren in everything they did. She attended all the sporting events, dance recitals and piano performances. Her grandkids were her whole world. She had a love and a testimony of The Savior. She quickly became a favorite at her memory care center. Her quick wit and smile captured hearts of all around her.
Connie is survived by her brothers: Cliff (Kathy) Johnson and Max (Janis) Johnson, her children: Amy (Matt) Wilson, Kris (Brian) Bergstrom and Steven (Angela) Goff, grandchildren Mitch Harmon, Kiera (Michael) Mallory, Sydney Harmon, Ellie Harmon, Cameron Wilson, Taylor (Olivia) Bergstrom, Josh Bergstrom, Berkley (Hayden) Underwood, Olivia Bergstrom, Ashley Smart, Brady Smart, Aimee Smart, and Brock Smart. She has 2 great grandsons: Max Mallory, Anakin Bergstrom, and another great grandson coming soon. She had such a special bond with her nephew Brian Johnson. He will always be "Connie's Boy".
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Marilyn Chapple, and many other loved ones.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Copper Creek Senior Living and Yarrow Hospice for taking such amazing care of her and treating her like family.
