Coleen Marie Hullinger passed away September 17, 2020. She is survived by her Husband, five children, two grandchildren, and her father John Danahy and mother Janice.
In her young life, Coleen was a Dover girl. She loved Dover and Rehoboth Beach, and graduated from Dover High School. She loved sports and especially loved Cheerleading. People in her class describe her as bubbly, sassy, warm hearted and never without a smile. She excelled at her studies but loved the social aspect of school. She made many lifelong friends during her education years. She attended Old Dominion University, where she achieved a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her lifelong career.
For the next 28 years she excelled as a Registered Nurse. Almost all of that was as a Labor & Delivery nurse in four different states. She recently changed fields to care for veterans, which filled her cup more than she expected. Her father served in the United States Airforce for most of her life and she loved working with people that reminded her of that life.
She loved her family, especially the two little girls that made her a grandma, and her work. She was loved by all who knew her, and had a hand in the start of so many lives.
Her friends and family are invited to gather to remember her life Sunday, September 27, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Anderson & Goff Mortuary, 11859 S 700 E, Draper, UT 84020.
