In Loving Memory of Cody Lee Fors 1992-2021

Cody was born September 23, 1992, to John and Tracie of Sandy, Utah. Cody, our loving son, brother, father, and grandchild left us way too soon! His journey ended February 19, 2021, with his loving family by his side.

Cody was always a caring, loving young man. He had a contagious laugh with a smile that lit up the room. He was an adventurous soul. He loved the outdoors, racing dirt bikes with his brother; he enjoyed camping, fishing, horn hunting, chasing lizards, or just plain kicking up dust. Above all, he loved his hunting trips with his brother and dad!

Cody is survived by his parents, John (Shalada) Fors and Tracie (Kevin) Wright; brother, Brandon Fors; son, Jude Caselli Fors; nieces, Brynleigh, Blakelee, Harlee, and Haizlee Fors; grandmothers, Dorothy Fors and Carolyn Larson; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family. Cody was preceded in death by his grandfathers, LaVell Fors and Richard Larson; and great grandparents, Floyd and Vilate Griffiths.

Cody, no words could describe how deeply you will be missed! Spread your wings, our handsome angel, fly like never before! Until we are together again, RIP. You will be in our hearts always and forever!

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 27th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Salt Lake Valley Mortuary (459 West Universal Circle (9160 S), Sandy, Utah). A prayer will be offered by Pastor Brigette Weier of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church at 2:00 pm.

Please come as your most authentic self (no formal attire is necessary).
