Christopher Darrell Jacobsen beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed from his life on earth to the loving arms of his grandparents on the 27th of May, 2015, born on the 8th of May, 1968 in Los Angeles, California; he was raised in Sandy, Utah. Chris attended Alta High School after graduation, Chris made the decision to serve his Country and follow in the footsteps of his grandfathers and father joining the United States Military. Following boot camp Chris was stationed in Germany where he met his wife and had their first child. Upon his return to the United States he was stationed in Kentucky where he continued his Military service until he was medically discharged, he returned to Utah where he welcomed two beautiful daughters. At the time of his passing Chris was employed at Walgreen�s Drug. Chris is survived by his parents Darrell and Patricia Jacobsen, wife Heike Jacobsen, children Jonathen Jacobsen (Michelle), Tish Crawmer (Brian), Linde Jacobsen (Chris), two grandchildren Eva Ann (1 �), Payton Ann (2 Mo.), siblings Trisha Vargas (Ramon), Wendy Haye, and Misty Jacobsen (Donald), six nephews, five nieces, two great nephews, five great nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Chris is proceeded in death by his grand parents Orsen and Eva Jacobsen and Max and Pat Gorman. Military grave side services will be held June 18, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. Camp William Memorial Park 17111 South Redwood Rd. Bluffdale, UT. Condolences and Memories may be shared with the family here thank you
