Our beloved Christine Clark Nielsen has left her earthly home. She was born on April 1, 1959 in Provo, Utah. She was one of the most giving, loving, selfless people. Her presence will be greatly missed! Christine passed away on Monday, December 15th, 2014. She is survived by her parents Ray and Rita Clark, her 6 children: Angela Davis (Heath), Dedee Vecchione (Tony), Fallan Adams (Jesse), Sieanna Hokama, Skyler Hokama (Brianna) and Chase Tetzner (Bri), along with her siblings: Gregg Clark, Scott Clark, RaeLyn Evans (Mark) and Paula Chidester. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren. Christine was an amazing person who never hid her flaws, loved with all her heart, and didn't have a selfish bone in her body. She truly lived as if it were her last day. She had a zest for life and enjoyed living it to its fullest! Her passion was her family, the outdoors, and helping those in need-person or animal. She was a true example of a humanitarian. She never asked what she could gain in her efforts to help, only asking what she could do. When Christine entered a room, you couldn't help but be swept away by her presence. She had acontagioussmile, a unique sense of humor, and the ability to make up a song for anysituation. She often had those around her laughing, smiling and completely enjoying her company. Her grandchildren were especially fond of her playful personality. Nothing brought her more joy than seeing the smiling faces of her grand-babies. Christine is preceded in death by Richard Chidester and Damon Cook. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014, at 11:00 AM at the LDS church, 4195 South 6000 West, West Valley City, UT. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral at 10:00 AM. A Christine C. Nielsen memorial fund has been set up at America First Credit Union, and donations may be made at any branch. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at aspenfh.com.
