Charles €Œchuck†Simonson

Charles "Chuck" Simonson passed away on December 1, 2019 from natural causes. He was born to Fred and Viola Simonson November 2, 1952 in Murray, Utah. He was raised in Sandy, Utah and attended schools there. He married Pam Evans in 1974. Later divorced. Married Colleen Angus in 1977. Later divorced. Charles and Colleen had one child, Cas Andrea, Sandy, Utah.

Chuck spent most of his life as a restaurant cook, which he greatly enjoyed and enjoyed cooking for others. He worked in Salt Lake City and Springdale, Utah, Tucson, Arizona, and also Yellowstone and Grand Canyon National Parks.

Charles was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Chuck is survived by his daughter, Cas Romano; grandchildren, Zachary David, Rebecca Diane, and Charles Liam; sister, Mary (David) Samuelson; half brother, Brent Haddenham, and many dear friends at the Kelly Benson apartments. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Catherine (Darrell) Tanner, and stepfather, John Floyd Haddenham.

Memorial Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Kelly Benson apartments, followed by gravesite dedication that day at 2:00 p.m., Sandy City Cemetery.
