Carol Jones

Beatrice Carol Jones, 72, passed away May 25, 2017 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born July 3, 1944 in Murray, Utah.

She graduated from Jordan High School, Hollywood Beauty College, and Salt Lake Trade Tech in accounting. Retired from SME as an accountant. She loved small dogs, and was a proud member of the Civil Air Patrol and Murray Flying Angels. She was excited about being the first one to go on a cruise.

Survived by sister Arlene Stephens, sister Lynette Neff (Don), sister Daisy B. Jones, brother William H. Jones, sister Mary Ann Cleverly (Chuck), brother James R. Jones (Dee), son Raymond Anderson, daughter Deborah Mort, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by father William W. Jones, mother Emma Melissia Jones, brother Thomas Levi Shannon, brother William W. Jones Jr., brother Casey Allen Jones, and sister Jessie Getsinger.

The family would like to thank the nurses and CNA's for taking care of Carol. Special thanks to the team from Harmony Hospice.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 31, at 12 Noon at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, where there will be a viewing Wednesday from 10:30-11:45 a.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
