Bryce Leon Christensen was born July 24, 1940 in Levan, Utah to Lyman and Leora Christensen. He passed away at his home in Levan on October 24, 2018. He always said, "I was born in Levan and I want to die in Levan." His primary education was at the Levan School, and he graduated from Juab High School and Nephi Seminary in 1958. He attended Snow College after graduation. He married Sharon Bogh in June 1960. They have three children, Natalie, Corey Bryce, and Nicole. He worked road construction for most of his life, although he owned and operated a little store in Levan and an auto parts store in Nephi for several years. He also served as the Levan Town Marshall. He enjoyed hunting, camping, and wood working, but he loved to fish! Bryce and his wife Sharon, served in the Australia Sydney Mission in 2007 for eighteen months. He served in the Levan Second Ward as High Priest Group Leader and served in the Branch Presidency at the Victorian House in Levan.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon, of Levan, his children, Natalie (Jeff) Jarrett of Stockton, Utah, Corey (Jackie) Christensen of Levan, Utah and Nicole (Tony) Cloward of Grantsville, Utah, brother Terry (Lynn) Christensen of Fredrick, Maryland, 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Lloyd and an infant sister.
Services: Visitation-October 28, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Nephi, Utah and October 29, 2018 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Levan Church. Funeral Services-October 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Levan Church. Burial at the Levan Town Cemetery.
