Brenda Rasmussen Davis
Brenda married George B. Davis on August 24, 1971, in the Salt Lake Temple. They had two sons, Richard and Ronald and one grandson, Robbie.
Brenda graduated from Granite High School where she served as Junior Class Secretary. In her early 20’s she moved to California where she worked as a secretary. She had many fond memories of her time in California. Brenda worked for many years for the Granite School District. She taught English to non-English speaking children. Later she became a library aide where she loved reading to students and recommending books she thought they would love. Brenda served many different callings for the Church.
Brenda will always be remembered for her great sense of humor and infectious laugh. She loved to laugh and spread joy.
Survived by her two sons, Richard and Ronald Davis. And grandson, Robbie. As well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends. Preceded in death by her husband, George. Her parents, Milo E. and Vonda S. Rasmussen. Her brother, Jay Rasmussen and her sister, Miriam Fox.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday March 28, 2024, at the Early Duke Ward, 4444 West Early Duke Street in West Valley City, Utah. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday evening at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale, Utah. And one hour prior to the services at the Early Duke Ward. Interment, Draper Cemetery.
