Brandon Williams Wright

Brandon Williams Wright, beloved father, son, brother, uncle, rockstar, friend and all-around comedian, returned to his Heavenly Father Friday, February 16, 2024 at the age of 40. It fills our hearts with joy to know his brother, Chase, greeted him with a long awaited hug.

Brandon was born July 28, 1983, in Provo, Utah. His legacy will be continued through his daughter, Rosie Girl, Monrosie, Monroe Jadies, Goose, and princess, Monroe Jade Wright. He is survived by his parents, Calvin and Gayle Wright, the love of his life, Rochelle Ann Wright, siblings, Maughn Wright (Karla), Carla Taylor (Perry), Wendy King (Brandon), Amber Gronau (John), and many nieces and nephews and in-laws who love him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Chase Wright.

Brandon was the youngest of 6 children. His mom described him as the light of her life. His sister enjoyed playing mommy and taking him along with her as her buddy. He was energetic as a child and full of laughter with his quick wit. He had a particularly close bond with his brother, Chase.

Brandon was known for his unique ability to make you feel like the most important person in the room. He was curious about the details of your life. He welcomed guests at his door with enthusiasm and love. Brandon was magically feel good.

Brandon will forever be remembered for, what we lovingly refer to as his “Brananigans”. A master of laughter with his creative antics and the confidence to be who he was.

Among Brandon’s gifts were his skills as a hairdresser. Clients who sat in his chair were in for a treat as he listened to their stories, made them feel important and left them with a great haircut. He had a very loyal clientele who supported him through good times and bad. He attended Paul Mitchell The School and became an instructor there.

Brandon met and fell in love with Rochelle Poole. They married and moved to Boise, Idaho where they were raising their daughter, Monroe. He adored her and they shared time playing in the snow, having picnics on the trampoline, playing video games and being best buddies. Brandon enjoyed being creative and was an artist. He shared this talent with Monroe as they painted, did crafts and created sidewalk chalk masterpieces together. She has inherited his imagination and invents games and creates artwork that came straight from her Daddy. She was the center of his world.

We are dedicated to sharing Brandon’s adoration of Monroe with her as well as the great memories we have of him. He was a one of a kind character with a tender heart and a warmth all his own. Brandon’s magnetic personality and ability to accept people as they were, have made him irreplaceable.

Brandon, we love you. We will miss you until the day we can see you again and, no doubt, share a laugh with you and hear the “Brananigans” we’ve missed out on while you were gone.
