Bonnie Jean Gallagher Winn took her final breath, entering into peace August 25, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones at home. Bonnie lived a full and warm life filled with family, love and happiness. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
Bonnie Jean was born December 29, 1940, to Effie LaVon and Oswald Farley Gallagher with whom she is now reunited, along with her beloved husband, Craig Winn, and her sister, Mary Jane Montgomery.
Bonnie Jean's greatest love was her family. Bonnie had a personality that was fun, sassy, and full of love. Just thinking of her brings a smile to our faces and warmth in our hearts. We also knew when Mom/Grams was being serious and immediately knew to listen because we could trust that her stern and direct advice was sound and pure. Bonnie was wise, loving, kind-hearted, selfless, trustworthy, patient, consistent and compassionate, just to name a few of her many wonderful traits. She will forever be known for the strong loving bond that she instilled in her family, where it will continue to grow from the roots she planted within each one of them.
Bonnie set such a great example of how to be selfless, love unconditionally, and respect others. Her family will forever live in her honor. Even in passing she brought her family closer together with love and laughter.
Thank you for being ours. Until we see you again, we love you!
Bonnie Jean is survived by her daughters Julia Ann (Kim) Paxton, Sandra Dee (Randy) Wageman, Kim (Scott) Steele, Jenny Balfour, and Amy (Rustin) Crawford; her sister, Connie Gallagher; her brothers, Larry (Mary) Gallagher and Gary (Marsha) Gallagher; and her grandchildren, Danny Kim Paxton, Jeremy (Erin) Paxton, Anthony (Amber) Madsen, Robyn (Matthew) Sims, Cristain Paxton, Cory (Megan) Paxton, Tracey Steele, Eric Steele, Darrin Steele, Ryan (Ty) Abby, Alexander (Ryanne) Varner, Rileigh Roswell, Kayden (Olivia) Crawford, Prestin (Brielle) Crawford, and Alexsa Crawford.
