Bonnie Florine Larsen, 79, returned to our Heavenly Father on June 28, 2017 at her home in Nephi, UT after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born on April 14, 1938 in Ely, NV, the second of seven children to Oren and Ruby Moore. She grew up in Moab, UT and graduated from Grand County High School in 1956.

Bonnie married her longtime family friend & neighbor, Clifton (Bud) Larsen on September 29, 1956.  Together they moved to Fruita, CO where they raised pigs.  She was a devoted wife and mother and found pleasure in the dedicated role of caring for her family.

She also lived in Brighton, CO and later moved to Nephi, UT. She enjoyed gardening, quilting and sewing, listening to music, geneology, nature and traveling with family. She always treasured time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by her children Runoda of Brighton, CO, Clif (Colleen) of Brighton, CO, Ray (Gaylyn) of Moab, UT, Trudy (Bryan) of Nephi, UT and Curt (Dori) of Grand Junction, CO; special friend Julie Spomer of Brighton, CO; sisters OraLynn and Trudy; brothers, Roy, Harold, Lloyd and Rex (Linda); In-laws LaDean (Dan), Quetta (Pete), Bonnie (Jim), Alice and Sanna Jo (Dave); 29 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 2, at 6:00 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Nephi North Stake, 1125 N. 400 E., Nephi, UT. Viewing will be Wednesday, July 5, at 10:00 am followed by funeral services at 11:00 am. Both will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1454 Myrtle Street, Brighton, CO. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Brighton, CO.
