Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away peacefully in her sleep of natural causes Friday, Nov. 6, 2015 at age 86. Born in Ephraim, Utah on Dec. 26, 1928.

Her parents were Alma Porter Gee and Amy Ethel Cooper. Married to Angus McCuaig from Glasgow, Scotland. Sealed in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

Julene worked for ZCMI department store as a merchandise clerk, and as a Social Security court clerk for the Office of Hearing and Appeals.

Julene was very joyful, fun to be with, and very generous with family and friends. Loved to hear and tell stories, and loved a beautiful sunset. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Incredibly gifted at crochet, some of her pieces were on display at the "This Is the Place" Heritage Park.
