Barbara Lovell

Barbara Lunt Lovell passed away on September 27, 2019 at Central Valley Medical Center from complications due to Alzheimers. She was born on August 28, 1946 to Ray and Florence Lunt. She was welcomed by two older brothers, Gordon and Paul. She graduated from Juab High School, attended Dixie College and graduated from Hollywood Beauty School. On September 9, 1967 she married Raymond K. (Sam) Lovell in the Manti LDS Temple.

Barbara was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various callings. She worked at the Nephi Public Library for 26 years where she loved socializing with everyone. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, music, playing the piano, scrapbooking and she always had a craft project she was working on. Barbara loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and always enjoyed supporting them in their various sports and activities.

Barbara is survived by her husband, their children, Mindee (Michael) Garner of Lehi, Mikkel Ross of Nephi, Kory (Tiffany) Lovell of Eagle Mountain, brother Paul Lunt of Mapleton and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Dustin Ray, her parents, brother Gordon and an infant brother.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 3 from 6-8 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi.

The funeral will be held on Friday, October 4 at 11 am at the 1,2,7 church building, 222 South 100 East, Nephi with viewing one hour prior.
