Arnold Bruce Macklin, 87, passed away at his home in Sandy, Utah on November 6, 2017. He was born April 20, 1930 in Midvale, Utah to Arnold and Evelyn Isaacson Macklin. He graduated from Jordan High School in 1949.
Married Delma Rae Morris on August 11, 1949. He completed trade school and worked in carpentry and general construction till the end of his life. He worked at Kennecott Copper Mine for nearly 40 years.
Together Bruce and Delma had three children, Cheryl Sielhorst, Lee Macklin (Denise), and Karen Morrison (Tim). Survived by his children, brother, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale, Utah, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call Saturday one hour prior to the funeral service at the mortuary. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Cemetery.
