It is with love and a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our amazing Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Angie was born to Samuael and Katherine Xerakis on July 17, 1941 in Rock Springs, Wyo. She was the 2nd of 2 children. Angie had 3 children of her own Sam, Mike and Deborah who she raised all on her own. She was a great mother to all of us and was always there when we needed her. Even as her children had grown into adults, her commitment to her children never waivered.
Angie attended high school in Rock Springs, she spent most of her career in the hospitality industry. I do believe she loved her work, mostly in part because she loved interacting with people. She had a very magnetic personality, she drew smiles from everyone.. In her heart of hearts she was a natural born caregiver.
We all want to thank you Momma for the most precious gift you have ever given us, and that is LIFE. We would not be here and our family tree would not have grown without you.
“So now it is time for you to fly to the Angels. Heaven awaits your heart.
Flowers will bloom in your name.” Wherever you are we, wish you Forever love, endless laughter.
Angie is survived by her 3 children, Sam Hansen (wife, Rochell), Mike Hansen (wife, Elizabeth), and Deborah Carpenter, 9 grandchildren including their spouse, Britannia Younger, Sean & Stacey Hansen, Joshua & Opla Hansen, Jack & Stormy Jowers, Ashley Hansen, Angela Robinson, 13 great grandchildren, Gage, Waylon, Skyla, Chasity, Kynlee, Braxton, Kambree, Zoey, Grayson, Piper, Malikai, Andre, Tyrell, and her sister Marilyn King.
The family would like to express a special thank you and love to Pedro and Linda. We love you and so did our mother.
