Amy Gladys Niero

Amy was born December 31, 1936 in Metuchen, NJ to John and Daisy Martin. She passed away March 8, 2020 in Salt Lake City, UT. She married Kenneth Niero on October 6, 1956. He preceded her in death. Amy was blessed with two daughters, Nancy and Patty, and two grandsons, Vincent and Dominic Fuoco.

Amy was a quiet and sweet person who loved to read, do word search puzzles, and did numerous crafts over her lifetime.

Amy was preceded in death by a brother, Herb Martin, and sister, Betty Chifulio. Amy is survived by her siblings Jane Glasner, Richard Martin, Jack (Fran) Martin, Tom Martin, David Martin, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She is survived by her children Nancy (Michael) Fuoco, Patty Niero, and grandsons Vincent (Aniko) Fuoco and Dominic Fuoco.

The family appreciates the care given to Amy while at Paramount Rehab Center.

There will be a viewing Friday, March 13 from 10-11 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, followed by graveside services at 11:30 a.m. at the Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South 700 East, Sandy.
