Amy Michele Branch

Amy Michele Gledhill Branch passed away Sunday, December 13th, 2020 at the age of 48.  She was the proud mother of Kerissa Michele Seamons (Korbyn), Maddison Patricia McPherson (Shad), and Morgan Kylee Branch. She was also the proud grandmother of Branch and Harvey. She married Christopher H. Branch on July 6th, 1991 in Richfield.  They later divorced but remained friends.  Amy's whole world revolved around her family and making them feel loved.

Amy was born on March 3rd, 1972 in Wiesbaden, Germany to John and Dinah Gledhill.  They lived in Italy where John was stationed in the Air Force.  They were next stationed in Tacoma, WA and later back to Richfield, UT.  She graduated from Richfield High School where she participated in drill team and choir with the group Sound Celebration.  In 1990 she won Miss Richfield.

Amy loved to sing.  She shared her talents with anyone who was willing.  Anywhere she went she lit the entire room up with her infectious smile and attitude.  She shared her singing passion by becoming a vocal coach to many loved students who were called the "Branchettes." Amy was also a para-professional and P.E. teacher at Coral Cliffs Elementary School where she made a lifelong impact on her students and in each classroom. She was truly loved by all who crossed her path.

Amy absolutely loved being in nature. It was her safe haven.  Some of her favorite places to go were Gunlock Reservoir and Fish Lake; hiking, camping or just spending time outdoors with her family.  Above all, Amy loved her girls and was proud of everything they accomplished. She always bragged about them to anyone who would listen.  Her grandbabies were her greatest joy.

Amy is survived by Christopher Branch; daughters: Kerissa (Korbyn) Seamons, Maddison (Shad) McPherson, Morgan Branch; grandsons: Branch and Harvey McPherson; parents: John (Kathy) Gledhill, Verl Branch, Evelyn Branch; siblings: Lori (Roger) Kjar, Victoria (Eric) Hibbs, Steven (Amy) Gledhill, Spencer (Kelli) Gledhill, Brock (Emma) Gledhill, Katelyn (Rian) Shalvis: and many nieces and nephews.  Amy is preceded in death by her mother Dinah Patricia Carr Gledhill and stepfather Charles (Charlie) McConkie.

There will be a viewing Friday, December 18th, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 94 West 300 North, Nephi, UT 84648.  Graveside services will be on Saturday, December 19th at 12:00 PM at the Elsinore Cemetery, 150 South 700 East, Elsinore, UT 84724.
