On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Amanda Kate Buhler passed away in West Jordan, Utah. Amanda was born in Bountiful, Utah, on August 23, 1961, to Darwin David and Alhona Rae (Barlow) Buhler. Mandy was the eldest sister of 9 siblings, mother of Jason, Matthew, Amanda, Abragail, Ferrin, Amber, Alhona, Alisha, Austin, Bradley, and Christian (Krimson). She is the grandmother of 23 grandchildren and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her life partner of 20 years, Brent Mauchley. She is preceded in death by her father, her husband, Rodney Kay Erickson, and two grandchildren.

Amanda was a bright, beautiful soul, who will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, living life by her own rules, and dancing in the rain. She will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 12th from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at Salt Lake Valley Mortuary, 459 W. Universal Circle, Sandy, Utah. Graveside services will follow the viewing at 12:30 pm at Elysian Burial Gardens in Millcreek, Utah.
