Alice Lavon Mason

Alice Lavon passed away April 19th, 2023. She was born September 1st, 1928 to Lorenzo and Leah Spencer.

Lavon was a graduate of Jordan High School. She married William T. Mason, February 20th, 1948, in Riverton, Utah. Their marriage was later sealed in the LDS Temple.

Mom was a career librarian who loved music and playing the organ. She had enjoyed water skiing, snow skiing, loved bowling and playing golf. No one could 'out-crochet' mom!

She is survived by her son Clint (Pauline), grandson Brandon (Robyn), granddaughter Candice, great granddaughter Remi, great grandson Henry, sister Barbara McFarlane (Carl) and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her sister Faye Austin, and husband William T. Mason.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street, Midvale. Viewing from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Graveside service will follow, 1:00 pm at the Bluffdale Cemetery, 14229 So. Redwood Road, Bluffdale.
