Alan Pulvirenti left this world on February 27, 2022 at the age of 78. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on March 7, 1943 to Julie and Theodore.
Alan (ALPO) worked at General Motors in Detroit for 30 years as a Tool and Die Maker, crafting precision tools used to cut, shape, and form metal. He loved working with his hands on projects around his home. He enjoyed helping family and friends on projects around their homes as well. He loved playing the guitar and singing as well as fishing and snow skiing. He spent 20 years as a Ski Patrol and made sure that his boys were always with him on the slopes. Alan was an incredibly amazing, kind, generous, and hilarious father, and friend.
Alan is survived by his sister Patty, his two sons Douglas and Paul, as well as his grandchildren Nathan, Joseph, Elizabeth, Ron, Ethan and Oliver. He was preceded in death by his brother Jimmy, his wife Debbie and his daughter Renee. Alan had a great love for life and family and will be greatly missed by many.
